Meet the Executives

Randall J. St. Antoine

President

Randy has had a successful career in the building industry since 1975. He began as a drywall hanger, and rapidly gained expertise as a specialty contractor employee, eventually running projects as a foreman. He moved from Wisconsin to the Denver area in 1980 and accepted a position with a large local drywall company, and quickly advanced from a foreman to a superintendent, responsible for large commercial drywall projects. In 1993, he was promoted to the position of Field Operations Manager and successfully expanded operations to form a Mountain Division in 1995, which provided that region with a major commercial drywall contractor. In 2003, Randy returned to the Front Range area to become General Superintendent for large commercial projects until 2006 when he seized the opportunity to become General Superintendent, and later advanced into the position of Vice President of Field Operations. Randy’s focus was to transform a marginal multi-family operation into a very profitable enterprise. In 2014, he resigned and decided to use the expertise he had acquired over three decades to form his own company. Randy’s goal is to mold RDS into a preeminent leader in the drywall industry, providing comprehensive services for both commercial and large multi-family projects.

Randy’s passion is trophy fishing. He and his wife also enjoy their newly discovered hobby of collecting gemstones and driftwood, and practicing their lapidary capabilities.

Tim Hammond

Vice President

Over the past 23 years, Tim’s commercial construction positions include acoustical ceiling grid Installer, Framer, Foreman, General Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager. Tim primarily focusses on management the company’s sales and estimating department, involving himself in every estimate produced by RDS, as well as day to day operations and management of multi-family projects.

On the weekends Tim enjoys spending time with family, camping, snowboarding, water sports and traveling.

Gary Cummings

Project Manager

Gary studied construction throughout high school and earned a technical degree through the local community college, and began his carpenter apprenticeship upon graduation. Over the past 35 years Gary’s commercial construction positions include Carpenter, Foreman, Journeyman, Project Manager and Estimator. Currently he focuses on the successful management of all commercial projects.

In Gary’s spare time he enjoys real estate investing, traveling and spending time with his wife Pam, married daughters Shana and Brooke and grandchildren Jaxon, Paighton and Tinley.

Agustin Guerra

Vice President of Field Operations

Agustin began working in construction over 21 years ago as a wood framer, and has since mastered many skills required for interior systems trades, and has served as project foreman, and general superintendent. He has extensive knowledge in production management, including quality control and OSHA safety standards. Currently he serves as General Superintendent, organizing the procurement of both labor and material, as well as managing the safety, quality and production.

“Auggie” enjoys spending time with family in the mountains, vacationing, and traveling.
